When your basket is shipped, you will receive a USPS shipping confirmation number from the postal service. The link usually specifies USPS was notified the "package is available for pickup." With our quick shipping, the basket may arrive before the USPS "delivered" scan appears.

  • Shipping FAQS: Orders received by 2 pm EST Monday-Friday usually will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday usually will be shipped on Monday. Count the next day after you order as the 1st business day. We get very busy during holidays, so expect shipping to take somewhat longer.
  • USPS Priority Mail shipping charges: Shipping is added to your invoice when you order. The regular USPS 3-4 day priority mail shipping charge runs from about $10 to $15. (Slightly less in Philadelphia/NY region.)
  • USPS Express Mail. Please call us (610-449-1801) if you need faster shipping. USPS Express shipping is available, but we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery. In the majority of cases it will be 1-2 days after we ship.
    Hospital Delivery
    If you are shipping to a hospital address, please keep in mind that hospital stays are shorter than you might imagine and that hospitals receive mail at a set time once a day, and not at all on weekends. Therefore, if a package arrives after the hospital's daily delivery, they may not accept or deliver the package that day. In addition, hospital mailrooms are closed on weekends. So please be sure that the recipient is likely to be in the hospital at least 4-5 days after you send us the order, not counting weekends. You may prefer to send it to the home address. We cannot refund shipping charges for packages received by the hospital main receiving area but not delivered to patients before they go home. Sending to the home address frequently is a better option for you. If the package returns, we refresh it without a "stocking" charge but will charge for the reshipping. More information.
    Deliveries to business addresses
    If choosing a business address, remember that most businesses are not open weekends. A basket delivered on a Saturday will be held until Monday (unless you specify "Saturday delivery" in our "special instructions field.) Some mail rooms/reception don't deliver their packages the same day, so check with the company if the employee hasn't received the package but tracking shows it was delivered to the address. We cannot be responsible for a company's lack of due speed in getting mail to its employees.
